Thank you for shopping with us. We are pleased to offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required and no regional restrictions. Every order ships at no cost to you, no matter where it is delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partner and prepared for dispatch.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service volume, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout, including a tracking number and a link you can use to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. We are unable to redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can look into it and help resolve the issue. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a solution for you at no additional cost.
No Additional Fees
Because shipping is free on all orders, you will never be charged a shipping fee, handling fee, or delivery surcharge at checkout or on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
